YOGA:
18 classes a week and open to ALL LEVELS. This is a student-centric studio that provides a consistent class experience every time.

WE LOVE BEGINNERS!
We don’t care if your tight, inflexible or never been to a yoga class. We are not concerned with the perfect pose. Just bring your mat (we rent mats for $2), some water and your breath. That’s it. If you wish to speak to us before the class, please show up at least 15 min early and we would love to answer any questions you may have.
Single Classes/Packages/Monthly/Annual Options

Just bring your mat or we have Manduka mats available at no charge
Restrictions:
Packages expire 1 year after purchase. ALL PACKAGES ARE VALID ONLY ON YOGA CLASSES WITH YOGITRIATHLETE.

Class Descriptions 
Power Hour
Is a total body, high intensity style group class utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.  Stimulating different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment.

Strength Training for athletes: (60min. class )
Expand your horizons and try our strength, resistance, endurance, power class which increase abdominal strength, tighten glutes, and strengthen lower back and thighs. Use a variety of equipment from hand weights, suspension cords, band cords etc.
Focusing on swimming, biking and running form and muscles!

Indoor Cycling/ Brick workout: (60min. Class )
Indoor Cycling training sessions can provide riders with a quick and effective way to train. The lack of freewheeling means that every pedal stroke counts, there are no junctions, roundabouts or traffic to distract you from your intervals!
Combined with short runs outside and transition practices!
