What Motivates You?
We asked our Endurance House Oceanside Coach Dea to tell us what motivates her as a coach and as an athlete! Her triathlon career is extensive and we love her energy. She has completed 15 IRONMAN races and raced Kona 4 times. So how does a working mom balance it all? She loves what she does.

We asked our Endurance House Oceanside Co-Owner Sabrina to tell us what motivates her! Sabrina is a young business owner and comes from a collegiate triathlete background. She switched from short course racing to long course at the age of 24. She now trains in Oceanside with the Endurance House Oceanside team.
What keeps her loving triathlon?

Why do you love the EH Team?
” Training with the EH Oceanside team has been incredible. I missed training with a team after college and this has allowed me to find teammates to practice with. I used to log long session by myself but now I am able to have training partners!” – Sabrina
